In the last week of august Dr. Clington came to my home as promised, when I felt very meek and subdued to sit and talk next to a person, who had been very successful in his career. However he put me to ease and in a short space of time, we were talking very closely, as if we have known for many years. He made a few visits to my home during that time and I was learning about God a lot more through him.We talked about the mission, God’s plan for me and how to carry out the same. On one of his visits, he insisted me to come along with him to Bro. Lawrence raja’s retreat centre, whom he had known before. I was not keen, as I was unwell having temperature at that time. When I went, I had lot of personal spiritual experiences not only on my way to and from the retreat centre, but also while I was there.While we were returning in the car, by God’s intuition, Dr. Clington checked with me, if I had the tongues of the Holy Spirit and if I wanted it. I was thrilled to hear it and I wanted to be anointed in that gift. Further to his advice to pray in the car, I was confused about the proceedings’ as he was driving the car. However he insisted me to pray saying time and place is immaterial for God to act.

So I prayed fervently for this gift of the Holy Spirit and God anointed me with the gift of tongues. I kept on praying in tongues until I reached home, which had continued to exist until this date making me grow in God.

 

On 26^th August while I was praying at 4:30pm, God told me that my revaluation result has come in the internet. He told me to check it, which I did and I could not believe my eyes. Hurrah! I have passed both the subjects. I am a qualified Engineer now.

I could not hide my happiness and I ran out to tell everyone that I have passed my exams. I thanked My God for the miracles he has done in my life. We went to the church immediately as a family, where we met Dr. Clington’s family by surprise and we all went to a restaurant to share the peace and happiness that God has provided after a long time.

“The stone the builders rejected has become the capstone; the Lord has done it and it is marvellous in our eyes”   (Psalm 119: 22-23)

From then on God started to reveal His plans for me and He was working many signs through me. I was getting stronger and stronger in faith, preaching the word of God. I was genuinely feeling the abundant love and compassion of God everyday, for which I thanked him for the mercy.

In September 2009, God made me another promise to fulfil my ambition to do further studies in UK. Despite my disbelief, I was surprised to see how things were falling in place with regard to this promise. Neither exams nor interviews nor the financial aspect ever stopped to pursue my career in UK. Today, as I write this on the 7^th of June 2010, I am an MBA student in the University of Cumbria in England.
