Passing Over (Passover) Continuation..

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

May God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ give you grace and peace. In order to set us free from this present evil age, Christ gave himself for our sins, in obedience to the will of our God and Father (Galatians 1:3-4)
On continuing the thoughts on the Passover event, Lord revealed me a little more things in the last few weeks. It was like a series of question that our Lord asked me. He said, “Now you have known about the Passover event and the same happening in every man’s life. But still there are few more that you have to learn from it. Who were the people whom I brought out of Egypt?”. I said “They were your chosen people. The Israelite, your promise to Jacob, the descendants of Abraham”. “Where did they go from Egypt?”. I said, “To the promised Land”. Our Lord said “Wait, think over they were suppose to reach the promised land but did they reach the promised land?”. I thought for a while and then I said “No. they didn’t reach the promised land. They died in the wilderness”. “So, Who reached the promised land?” was the next question. I said “Only their next generation reached the promised land. Till the last one who were out of Egypt died they were roaming in the wilderness. But Joshua and Caleb entered the promised land”. Our Lord asked, “So what do you say about this? How is this event matched with every man’s life?”. I felt like I was set free from a rope that had me tied. I said “You give a clean sheet from sins in every man’s life. But many fall down during their journey to the promised land, in our case the heaven”. So He asked “What was the reason for they not entering to the promised land?”. I said “They didn’t believe you. They doubted you. They murmured and complained to you. They said their past was better. They even went to a level of making a God for themselves forgetting the great deeds you did for them and rescued them from Egypt. etc.”

After a long time He asked “Now see of what you said how many of it you still do in your life?. I took you out of your dirty sin. I cleansed you with my blood. I created paths for your future. I asked you to walk in that. But what is that you do?”. These query made me weep. I said “Lord!!! Forgive this sinner. I have sinned against you. I did all the things that the Israelite did to you. Forgive me. I will not do these again. Please give me the strength not to fall into the same dirty sins again.”. Lord said “Remember this. Do not sin again. Always keep this in your heart. Is it that you want to come along with your generations to the promised land (heaven) or you are going to give it to the hands of your next generation and you to perish like the Israelite. I do not want to leave a single soul from entering into heaven. Teach your generation and your next generations as I commanded to the Israelite. (Let these words of mine remain in your heart and in your soul; fasten them on your hand as a sign and on your forehead as a headband. Teach them to your children, and keep on telling them, when you are sitting at home, when you are out and about, when you are lying down and when you are standing up. Deuteronomy 11:18-19).
This made me realize that it is my duty to teach the word of God to my children and grand children. Our Lord said “The coming generations will know my word much faster than your generation. Teach them also the work that I do in your day to day life and pray for them daily. People come to me and ask for blessing them with child. But once I grant them, they are occupied in the worldly works of bringing up the child where they tend to forget to thank me and pray for the child. The grand parents of the child who used to be free from work in many times pray will pray for the child and that brings the blessings to the child. But I command you, do not leave your responsibility to your parents. Daily you must pray for your children who are with you and the ones to come to you.”. That was a great learning in the last few weeks.

To God be the glory for ever and ever! Amen.(Galatians 1:5)
In Christ,
