Miraculous Healing- Power of Prayer

Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me, yet not my will, but yours- Luke 22:42

How we prayed?

a) We prayed in one heart – Matthew 18:19

b) If you will, let Thy take this suffering from us, yet not it be our will but Thee – Matthew 26: 42

c) We listed and thanked God for all the good things he had done to us – Luke 17; 17

d) We remembered the covenants of the God and prayed aloud quoting them

e) We proclaimed and remembered all the miracles of God as in Bible

f) We fasted and prayed – Matthew 6: 16

g) We prayed fervently in tears – 1 Samuel 1: 10, Luke 22: 44

h) We kept night vigils – Luke 6: 12

i) We promised to increase the circulating numbers of the magazine from 2000 to 10,000 and to offer our son for Christ’s ministry

j) We prayed at dawn – Mark 1: 35

k) We never rebuked God nor did we criticise Him

l) We enlisted all the good things He had done so far in this pregnancy

m) We thanked God for making us aware at 9th month that a problem exists

n) We thanked God for not revealing this earlier, as it would have caused a lot more stress and anxiety for the remaining period

o) We praised God for providing the contacts, the help, making the arrangements for this delivery to happen

p) We thanked Him for providing the financial support

q) We thanked God for the prayer support provided by friends and relatives

r) If this had been the first child our emotions would have been even worst and we thanked it wasn’t the case

s) We recognised His plan for us to settle in Chennai, where good medical facilities exists for treating this problem

t) We thanked God for transferring my in-laws work to Chennai and so by being an able moral support to her

u) We thanked God for sending my wife’s parents to stay in Chennai

v) We thanked God for anointing and calling my wife’s relatives 6 months before all this happened, which provided them the right attitude of faith

w) We thanked God for introducing Dr. Muthu Kumaran, my brother’s friend to us at the right time, who looked after us very well indeed

x) We thanked Him for not giving this problem to any one else in the family

y) We thanked Him for being doctors, who could understand the condition

z) We thanked Him for the mission He had given to us to propagate His word and faith
